In addition to serving as a health worker, I also work as a farmer to support my family. Most days, I do agricultural work from 6 a.m. to 12 noon, and after that I do home visits to check on the children. I start by looking at my notes to see which children have been sick. I make a schedule for myself of who to visit and what follow-up I have to give each child depending on how sick they were. During the home visits, I evaluate how well the mothers have followed my recommendations.
